Overview

Return policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase or you have received an incorrect item, then please, email us at contact@myyugo.uk, or call us on +44 7526 845685

Include a brief reason for your return. We will be more then happy to have our product back. The product must be returned to us unopened and in the same condition as when it arrived.
So please re-pack it with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.  WE will arrange to be picked up from your location. Once we have the package back with us, we will issue you a full refund or replacement. If the bottle has been opened and you have consumed a portion of the drink and find you are not happy or there is a fault with the juice.

We hope that you will never be unhappy with any drinks that you buy from us so, please do get in touch with us as soon as you can, and we will be happy to find a solution for you.

If your order has arrived damaged:

Contact us at contact@myyugo.uk and let us know the details, including your order number and if possible, please attach pictures. These are helpful for us in terms of improving our processes and for any claims we may make against the carrier.

We will resolve this issue by either sending you a new product straight away or refunding your order in full.
